The Beginning
Horseradish was initially founded in 2009 to deliver quality catering for Chester Racecourse's 180,000 customers during a race season. We have since grown to include full facility management and now boast a flourishing portfolio of iconic venues. More recently, we have also delivered creative catering solutions for large scale events including the RHS Flower Shows at Tatton Park and Chatsworth House.

Committed to using the freshest of ingredients, our chefs work with clients to design menus to fit each individual brief. We have long-standing relationships with the best suppliers who enable us to source the freshest and finest produce. 93% of which is purchased locally within 75 miles of our venues.
Our drinks experts have years of experience and draw on their extraordinary depth of knowledge to recommend the perfect wine for any menu.
