Last week Horseradish were at the iconic Liverpool Town Hall, delivering a new 'Grazing Platter' style catering concept.
After enjoying a refreshing cocktail upon arrival, guests moved through to the main dining area where they were met by the theatrical grazing table, stationed in the centre of the room.
Brimming with fresh seasonal produce, Charcuterie, cheeses and opulent fruits this immersive style of dining encourages guests to interact, share and discuss the delights in front of them.
The evening was finished with a showstopping dessert table where those with a sweet tooth were invited to create their own ice-cream from a liquid state.
