Team Horseradish catered for over 150 dinner guests in the spectacular Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral.
Guests were welcomed with a selection of nibbles to accompany their reception drinks. Later Scouce terrine and Welsh beef were on the menu that had been carefully creating using local produce by our talented chefs.
The event for ICE was held in the spectacular Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, designed in the 1930’s by Sir Edwin Lutyens, the breathtaking Crypt features stunning original features, including vaulted ceilings, parquet flooring and cantilevered spiral staircases.
Tracey Sheehan, Events Operations Executive for Institution of Civil Engineers said,
"On the day the food was fantastic and the serving staff immaculately turned out and very well briefed. They all seemed to have personal pride in their job and care about doing it well. The attention to detail in setting up the dinner venue was second to none. We have had so many positive comments from our guests and we will undoubtedly use Horseradish again if the need arises."
