Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral Dinner

Team Horseradish catered for over 150 dinner guests in the spectacular Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral. 

Guests were welcomed with a selection of nibbles to accompany their reception drinks. Later Scouce terrine and Welsh beef were on the menu that had been carefully creating using local produce by our talented chefs.

The event for ICE was held in the spectacular Liverpool Metropolitan Cathedral, designed in the 1930’s by Sir Edwin Lutyens, the breathtaking Crypt features stunning original features, including vaulted ceilings, parquet flooring and cantilevered spiral staircases.

They all seemed to have personal pride in their job and care about doing it well.  The attention to detail in setting up the dinner venue was second to none.
