Last week we delivered all show hospitality for over 2000 guests in attendance at the RHS flower show Tatton Park, for the second year running.
During the five-day event staged between 19-23 July in the picturesque grounds of Tatton Park, The Garden Lounge welcomed guests who enjoyed a delicious hearty breakfast before exploring the Show. Later on in the day our team of talented Chefs served up bespoke lunch menus using ingredients from the best of the region including Roast breast of Highbury chicken, ‘Charlie’s Cheshire butter’ and mashed potatoes with Peter Jones’ Wirral watercress. Following a busy day of horticultural discovery, a luxurious cream tea or a glass of champagne with an Afternoon Tea experience was on offer in the spectacular floral themed Lounge, styled by Horseradish.
The show supported by Bruntwood, showcased ways to green up grey spaces to help create happier, healthier and more sustainable cities and combat some of the biggest environmental challenges facing us.
Nick Mattingley, Director of RHS Shows said: “As the need for green spaces in urban areas increases, it is more important than ever to inspire people, communities and businesses to plant up, upcycle and do what they can to get greening. RHS Flower Show Tatton Park 2017 was full of horticultural ideas and inspiration, as well as thousands of plants to buy!”
